The responsibilities of a Relationship Banker are central to:

• Handling, upholding, and securing lasting mutually beneficial relationships with our client base.
• Recognizing and interpreting customers' prolonged financial needs and suggesting customized service and product options.
• Using the latest technology offerings of the bank to fulfill the evolving needs of our client base.

Responsibilities include:

• Reaching the set sales goals for the team and branch for each quarter and year, through activities such as customer intelligence analysis, commercial real estate transactions, small business administration lending operations, mortgage services, treasury management solutions, deposit handling, wealth management investment product sales, international deposit and wire transfer services, and various commercial and consumer product offerings.
• Procuring and fostering loans like HELOC, Home Mortgage, and Business Mortgage.
• Adhering to yearly renewals and regulatory rules for MLO professionals is crucial for grasping interest rates, funding mechanisms, and mathematical formulas in order to provide top-notch assistance to potential mortgage clients.
• Demonstrates a strong familiarity with the deposit, loan, and complementary products offered by the bank, including the qualification criteria.
• Supports customers in managing financial needs such as withdrawing cash, depositing money, transferring funds, repaying loans/credit card debts, initiating wire transfers, and converting foreign currencies.
• Possesses a robust work ethic and commitment to driving positive results while putting clients first.
• Utilizes sharp critical thinking and innovative approaches to fulfill clients' needs.
• Collaborates with team members and cross-functional teams to present customers with the most fitting product choices tailored to their needs.
• Engages with customers in a confident and articulate manner, facilitating effective communication.
• Proficient at quickly understanding products, services, and technologies and educating clients on executing banking transactions digitally, via mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Proficient in the strategic use of digital tools and technologies to maximize the efficiency of clients' digital banking interactions.
• Displays a powerful drive and proficiency in shaping, educating, and establishing relationships with technology consumers.
• Undertakes supplementary duties as directed.

Qualifications include:

• Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree being desirable.
• Candidates with a background in customer service, cash handling, sales, and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial industry are preferred for this position.
• Thorough familiarity with branch operational procedures.
• Successful background in a consultative sales role in a related industry, highlighting accomplishments in securing fresh clients, strengthening client engagements, and producing significant results.
• Known for being meticulous and professional, adept at diligent follow-up procedures.
• Proficient in rapidly incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
• Extensive experience with branch technology, mobile banking tools, and online banking platforms.
• Strong capabilities in resolving issues, making decisions, and serving customers effectively.
