The Financial Advisor at the Private Bank within Huntington is the primary manager of client relationships, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive Wealth Plan for high-net-worth clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains relationships with both existing and prospective clients while collaborating with other specialists to execute the client’s financial plan, focusing on growing assets under management, loans, and deposits.
Actively expands business by engaging with the community and leveraging external networks and centers of influence.
Delivers exceptional client service to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
Develops strong cross-functional relationships within Huntington to enhance overall client experience.
Manages client relationships of moderate to high complexity with professionalism and expertise.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Must obtain Life and Health Licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
Minimum of three years’ experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management within banking, investment, or insurance services for high or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Note: This position may be considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act; additional registration and qualifications may be required if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Securities and life insurance licenses are preferred but not required.
Proven success working with affluent clients.
Strong ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
