Job Summary:

The Commercial Relationship Manager is dedicated to the strategic oversight and expansion of a commercial client portfolio. This position focuses on driving business development, fostering long-term client loyalty, and maintaining rigorous credit quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically grow and manage portfolios for commercial loans and deposit accounts.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with existing clients and new business prospects.
• Facilitate and oversee the end-to-end processing of loan and deposit requests.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver comprehensive and customized banking solutions.
• Perform detailed loan underwriting and ensure all legal documentation is complete and accurate.
• Proactively monitor portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strict adherence to all internal bank policies and federal financial regulations.
• Provide premium customer service by resolving complex issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
• Extensive experience in commercial lending, typically spanning 5 to 10 years.
• Proven expertise in technical credit analysis and the structuring of complex loan agreements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern banking practices and the regulatory landscape.

• Advanced proficiency in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong analytical thinking.
• Highly organized with a meticulous approach to detail and documentation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools and financial software applications.

Additional Information:

• This is an office-based position requiring consistent use of computer systems.
• The role may involve occasional travel to meet with clients or attend regional meetings.
