A Branch Banking Leader is responsible for guiding a high-performing branch team to achieve and exceed performance objectives through teaching, coaching, and modeling effective sales behaviors while ensuring operational excellence. This position emphasizes coaching for sales improvement, revenue growth, and operational integrity, with a focus on successful sales strategies and customer experience practices while providing top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance business performance by fostering the growth of main client relationships and meeting set targets in financial performance indicators including deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Actively pursue and facilitate appropriate client recommendations to the correct team member(s) to reach growth objectives and carry out successful sales endeavors.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner-produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Engage and educate clients effectively by utilizing tools and systems. Foster a culture that places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional client experiences and staying true to the organization's mission and purpose. Address and resolve issues pertaining to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Encourage team members to adopt a systematic approach to risk management, enabling them to detect and mitigate reputational, regulatory, and client risks while adhering to operational excellence requirements.
• Undertakes specific projects and additional obligations when needed.
• Maintains ongoing adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines connected to the job description and the completion of mandatory compliance training. Takes responsibility for ensuring compliance with pertinent federal, state, and local regulations and laws.

Job Requirements:

• Post-Elementary Education / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Parallel, needed
• - Need to show a track record of at least five years in branch sales
• A leadership role of at least two years is a key requirement
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is compulsory according to the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
• Ideal candidates are those who have pursued a four-year undergraduate course or a similar academic program culminating in a degree
