Job Summary:Client Solutions Manager

The Client Solutions Manager is accountable for developing and managing consumer, Corporate & Industrial (C&I), and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan and deposit portfolios. The role emphasizes maintaining a balance between loan growth and credit quality while effectively mitigating risk in line with established bank policies. By identifying client strengths, weaknesses, and risk factors, the RM builds and maintains strong relationships and delivers customized financial solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active portfolio of consumer, C&I, and CRE relationships, typically under $3-5 million, while meeting targets for deposits, loans, revenue, profitability, and client expansion.
• Perform credit underwriting and loan documentation; structure and approve loans within delegated authority or in coordination with Credit Officers.
• Monitor asset quality by tracking delinquencies, collateral exceptions, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and borrowing base positions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and referral networks across all banking products and services.
• Support Financial Center Managers and Market Leaders with guidance on C&I relationship development.
• Maintain strong knowledge of deposit products, lending solutions, Treasury Management services, capital markets, and economic trends.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, lending policies, and industry developments.
• Analyze client financial statements to evaluate overall business performance and creditworthiness.
• Manage the end-to-end loan process, including documentation, approvals, closings, and issue resolution.
• Participate in community engagement, networking activities, and business development initiatives as a representative of the bank.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain consistent attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in banking, lending, or business development preferred
• In-market experience preferred
• NMLS certification required within the first year of employment
