Client Services Bankers are responsible for delivering personalized banking support, helping clients manage their financial needs, and building strong long-term relationships through trust and tailored financial solutions.

This full-time role is located in Clinton, MD and requires 40 hours per week. The Client Services Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and service requests, supporting financial needs, and strengthening client relationships through the promotion of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers during branch visits, phone interactions, and scheduled meetings
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Assist with account opening, transactions, and lending/service requests
• Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to enhance customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and risk standards
• Support branch operations and contribute to achieving sales goals

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be authorized to act as a Notary Public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and use digital tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
