Job Summary:

The Customer Banker plays a pivotal role in driving growth for the bank by facilitating daily transactions and identifying opportunities to suggest helpful products and services. This proactive approach ensures the overall success of the branch while providing a superior experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expedited, accurate, and welcoming customer support.
• Administer daily monetary transactions such as depositing funds, withdrawing money, and authorizing payments.
• Build and sustain strong customer account relationships.
• Recognize and analyze customer requirements to suggest appropriate banking products.
• Uphold the availability of digital banking amenities and self-service selections.
• Ensure that all activities comply with banking policies and regulations.
• Keep exact documentation and ensure transactions are balanced daily.
• Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven acumen in cash handling, sales methodologies, or customer support techniques.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Strong computer and communication skills are imperative for success in the digital era.
