As a Banking Services Consultant, the primary responsibility is to assist clients with their financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

A Banking Services Consultant provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the team's efforts to achieve growth objectives in financial performance and primary client acquisition through strategic client introductions and sales support.
• Deliver outstanding client service by addressing account questions, troubleshooting problems, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Focus on building strong client relationships through informative interactions and educational opportunities. Strive to achieve performance objectives outlined by Retail Leadership, including meeting referral targets and enhancing customer engagement.
• Process daily financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner to minimize preventable losses. Follow and understand all applicable bank policies and regulations for compliance.
• Performs special assignments and supplementary responsibilities as needed. Shows a persistent dedication to complying with the regulations and standards connected to the job, as specified, and finishes compulsory compliance training. Accountable for ensuring conformity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Having a high school diploma or its substitute (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an acknowledged foreign equivalent is obligatory.
• Customer service and sales background totaling 3 years is a must.
• Those with prior experience in the financial services industry are encouraged to apply.
