Job Description:

Responsibilities of this position include addressing routine customer inquiries through inbound communication channels like phone calls, live chats, or email interactions within a contact center environment. Key tasks include operating in a demanding environment, ensuring accuracy, applying logical reasoning, managing multiple responsibilities, switching between systems, and effectively communicating solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Expectations for the role comprise delivering seamless service by responding to customer queries, resolving issues, performing appropriate account maintenance, and exploring options to deepen relationships through digital solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifies client concerns and advises on potential actions following the detection of fraud
  • Accurately records the details collected from interactions with clients
  • Recognizes and advances items needing risk appraisal, exceptional management, or deeper investigation through suitable avenues
  • Engages in frequent reading of updates and educational content, adept at quickly applying newfound knowledge to conversations
  • Conforms to industry regulations, follows bank procedures, upholds the integrity of the department's system, and enforces financial controls

Desired qualifications include:
