The Wealth Management Advisor position entails offering in-depth financial counsel and tailored recommendations to clients to aid them in attaining their financial aspirations and navigating life transitions effectively. You will be tasked with building strong client relationships, evaluating their unique financial goals, devising personalized strategies, and presenting suitable financial solutions. Your integral role includes acting as a trusted advisor in guiding clients through their investment targets, retirement plans, wealth management, and other essential financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with individuals to chart out their immediate and future financial aspirations through the creation of a financial strategy using brokerage tools like equities, fixed-income securities, pooled investment vehicles, insurance products, and various banking and wealth management services
Provides guidance on banking and investment strategies that are tailored to match the financial goals and needs of the client
Manages client requests based on priority and guides them to the relevant internal service providers, taking into consideration client needs and financial limits
Minimizes and handles potential risks in routine operations
Recognizes and connects with prospective clients through recommendations or those visiting banking facilities
Supplies mentoring and advice to partners who refer based on familiarity with client needs and suggested services
Required Qualifications:
Holds at least one year of expertise in the investments field, with a background in investment education and a thorough comprehension of different investment vehicles.
Possesses at least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a track record of meeting or surpassing goals.

Desired Qualifications:
Skilled in computer operations and adept at managing numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Successful track record of at least three years in the financial services industry or a sales arena, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Earned additional credentials such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
Attained your insurance permits.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Attainment of a secondary school certificate or GED is mandatory
