Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Develop and enrich client relationships by actively communicating with clients, addressing their requests, resolving questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring the accuracy of important information and records
Recognize and aid in selecting Firm services and solutions that align with clients' needs, comprising banking products and services as well as secure, digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
Validate permission and confirm the authenticity of the client when handling their requests
Manage and sustain client accounts, including the acquisition of client information and required documentation, conducting financial transactions for demonstration
Assess client account alerts and implement necessary measures
Other:
Engage with financial experts to develop a business roadmap and deliver on client servicing standards
Contribute to the team's marketing strategy by upkeeping marketing resources, such as online and social media platforms, and coordinating events and workshops for clients
Stay actively involved in relevant training sessions and educational initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals, personal advancement, and awareness of policies, protocols, and innovative platforms, while also making a commitment to attending designated monthly training calls for field service personnel
Carry out administrative tasks to aid Financial Advisors in their daily operations, such as managing phone calls, organizing business trips, scheduling client meetings, creating travel expense reports, and maintaining files and schedules
Take an active role in projects led by the local management team
Always be on the lookout for opportunities to utilize company resources for peer sharing and collaborating with Financial Advisors
Formal education, direct experience, intelligence, and competences are all pivotal components in a person's skillfulness:
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma/Equivalency
College degree preferred
Industry knowledge is a valuable asset
Intent to acquire Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) paired with Series 65 (RA) credentials
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficiency in computer technology and adept at utilizing Microsoft Office applications effectively
Remarkable skills in written communication, client interactions, and service delivery
Demonstrates a commitment to precision, showcasing superior organizational talents and adeptness at task prioritization
Capable of collaborating effectively with peers and contributing to group success
