The Investment Management Group at Rockland Trust is in search of a Customer Relationship Manager who is both dynamic and prioritizes client satisfaction.

The Customer Relationship Manager is tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized services to IMG's client base, and supporting business growth by collaborating with IMG financial consultants and engaging with key industry figures. Acting as the primary client liaison, the Customer Relationship Manager must comprehend their financial targets and create customized strategies to meet all their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form and nurture bonds with affluent clientele, understanding their financial aims, comfort with risk, and preferences for investments.
• Offer personalized financial strategies and recommendations after carefully analyzing the financial standing of each client.
• Collaborate with our internal IMG team for comprehensive financial and retirement planning, expert investment management, personal insurance coverage, trust and estate administration, specialized care services, and high-level banking solutions.
• Fulfill the role of a trusted consultant for clients, delivering top-notch service and ensuring that their investment objectives are consistent with their long-range financial aspirations.
• Engage in proactive strategies to discover avenues for deepening client relationships, expanding managed assets, and cultivating new business through referrals and networking.
• Remain knowledgeable about industry developments, regulatory modifications, and market trends, and relay relevant information to clients.
• Accountable for the day-to-day administration of accounts that include managing investment portfolios, revocable trusts, and estates.
• Maintain precise records of client communications, investment determinations, and retirement goals to comply with regulations and internal standards.

Required Abilities and Prior Experience:

• The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, with a Master's degree considered advantageous.
• We are seeking individuals with a solid background of 5-10 years in the financial services sector or a related discipline, encompassing trust administration, portfolio management, financial planning, and estate settlement.
• Established reputation for constructing and supervising client relationships.
• Pledge to upholding fiduciary responsibilities when handling wealth management matters.
• Extensive understanding of financial markets, investment options, and wealth management concepts, along with the capacity to convey complex financial ideas to clients in a lucid and brief manner.
• Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections with clients, comprehend their requirements, and deliver individualized investment advice and solutions.
• Established skill in performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic scenario, concentrating on delivering exceptional client assistance and advancing business accomplishments.
• Having trust certifications, attending Trust Schools, completing law degrees, and obtaining the CFP designation are advantageous.
