Job Summary:

In this position, you will deliver top-notch customer service to clients by aiding them in carrying out regular financial transactions daily while following all bank policies and protocols. You may need to visit Financial Centers and provide assistance to teller teams as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with kindness and respect. Manage incoming calls. Offer account details, address inquiries, and guide clients to the right resources if necessary.
• Carry out client transactions with precision and efficiency, such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan repayments, issuing official checks and money orders, transfers, ledger entries, and preparing CTRs.
• Always have enough cash on hand by purchasing and selling to the vault according to demand without surpassing set drawer limits.
• Verify the daily cash balance, processed transactions, and negotiable items to match the recorded figures in the system and guarantee accuracy.
• Assistance can be offered for collecting and handling deposits made at ATMs, as well as managing ATM settlements.
• Sure, I can help with retrieving and handling deposits that are submitted through the Night Depository.
• Able to facilitate wire transfers.
• It is permissible to engage in the buying and selling of foreign currency.
• Stay up to date with continuous training as needed for areas such as compliance, human resources, and more.
• Offer assistance as required for the Private Client Groups.
• It is possible to be requested to aid in different Financial Centers.

Job Requirements:

• High School completion or its equivalent, such as a GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent, is mandatory.
• Three years of prior experience in customer service and sales is mandatory.
• Experience within the financial services sector is desirable.
