A Client Banking Specialist provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the team's efforts to achieve growth objectives in financial performance and primary client acquisition through strategic client introductions and sales support.
• Provide exceptional support to clients by assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints in a manner that promotes positive customer experiences. Engage with customers to educate and inform, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction. Strive to meet and exceed behavioral targets established by Retail Leadership, such as generating referrals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily financial transactions promptly and with precision to minimize controllable losses. Understand and follow all applicable bank policies and regulations to ensure accurate processing.
• Undertakes distinct assignments and supplemental responsibilities as required. Shows a continual commitment to abiding by the regulatory and adherence standards associated with the role, as outlined, and completes mandatory compliance training sessions. Responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a high school certificate or its equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or a valid foreign comparison is obligatory.
• Customer service and sales background totaling 3 years is a must.
• Having a history in the financial services sector is advantageous.
