Job Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional service to customers by helping them with their regular financial transactions while adhering to the Bank's policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for traveling to Financial Centers to assist the teller units as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support clients cordially and with respect. Manage incoming calls. Share account information, respond to client queries, and direct clients accordingly for further assistance as required.
• Execute client transactions effectively and with precision, encompassing activities like accepting cash and check deposits, facilitating withdrawals, endorsing checks, handling loan payments, distributing official checks and money orders, transferring funds, recording transactions in the general ledger, and finalizing CTRs accurately.
• Manage a sufficient cash reserve by procuring and exchanging funds with the vault as required, while abiding by designated drawer boundaries.
• Protect the organization's assets by performing daily validations and reconciliations of cash, negotiable items, and digital records.
• Assistance is provided for managing ATM deposits and settlements, including retrieval and processing.
• May assist with retrieval and processing of deposits made to Night Depository.
• Experienced in processing wire transfers.
• It is within one's rights to buy and sell foreign currency for investment purposes.
• Maintain compliance and HR training requirements through continual participation.
• Extend assistance to the Private Client Groups as necessary.
• You might be required to lend assistance in different Financial Centers.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum stipulation involves the achievement of a High School diploma or an equivalent like GED, HiSET, TASC, or a matching foreign qualification.
• Successful applicants will have a history of three years in customer service and sales.
• Those with experience in the financial services industry are preferred.
