Branch Manager

Position Overview:

As a Branch Manager at PNC, you will lead a retail banking branch to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage branch priorities, develop your team, and ensure a differentiated customer experience across all banking channels.

• Manages priorities through effective planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.

• Grows branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet expansion for consumer and business households.
• Drives business banking results through business development and community involvement.
• Coaches employees in consultative selling to improve client financial well-being and achieve results.
• Demonstrates foundational understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience through coaching and leadership.
• Promotes technology-enabled interactions to provide customers with solutions and advice-oriented consultations.
• Resolves customer issues effectively, ensuring smooth banking operations and high satisfaction.
• Connects all facets of PNC to deliver a seamless, omni-channel customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: No college degree required (a combination of education, certification, or military service may be considered).
• Skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Loyalty, Decision-Making, People Management, Proactive Approach, Results Orientation.
• Competencies: Branch Banking Services, Delegation, Digital Awareness, Effective Communication, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management.
