The duties of a Banking Customer Consultant include assessing clients' financial situations, recommending appropriate products, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

A Banking Customer Consultant provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help the team achieve growth targets in financial results and primary client acquisition by connecting clients with the right team members to drive successful sales initiatives.
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing account inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints professionally and efficiently. Focus on enhancing customer engagement and providing relevant educational resources. Strive to achieve key performance indicators outlined by Retail Leadership, including successful client referrals and proactive communication.
• Perform daily financial transactions accurately and promptly, with the objective of avoiding controllable losses. Comply with all applicable bank policies and regulations to ensure adherence and precision.
• Carries out distinct projects and additional duties and roles as demanded. Demonstrates a persistent dedication to complying with the guidelines and criteria linked to the job, as specified, and fulfilling the necessary compliance training. Tasked with ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws and decrees.

Job Requirements:

• Fulfillment of high school education or its equal (GED, HiSET, TASC) or a recognized foreign equivalent is compulsory.
• Requisite 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience working in the financial services field is preferred.
