Job Summary:

A Branch Operations Leader oversees a high-performing branch team to reach and surpass performance targets by instructing, training, and modeling sales strategies, all the while ensuring operational proficiency. This role primarily focuses on coaching for sales effectiveness, revenue expansion, and operational soundness, with an emphasis on successful sales approaches and client interactions to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Performance: Foster market growth of crucial client associations and reach growth benchmarks in financial outcomes (encompassing deposits, loans, and non-interest income). Actively pursue and provide appropriate client introductions to the designated team member(s) to achieve growth targets and implement successful sales ventures. Utilize independent judgment and discretion in making informed financial decisions.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: The role of a Sales Leader and Coach revolves around devising and executing plans to foster business growth, actively supporting partner-initiated sales and branch undertakings, and providing coaching and training to branch personnel on how to engage effectively in order to achieve set targets. It is crucial to cultivate a suitable atmosphere for both branch teams and customers. Talent management responsibilities include functions like recruitment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary procedures, succession planning, and ensuring staff adherence to compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Utilize resources and systems to engage clients and provide educational opportunities. Establish a culture that prioritizes delivering exceptional client experiences while staying true to our mission. Address and resolve challenges related to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Instill a culture of vigilant risk management within teams to help them identify and address reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks. Encourage team members to be well-informed about and consistently adhere to bank policies and regulations in order to meet and exceed operational excellence benchmarks.
• Completes unique assignments and additional obligations as the situation demands.
• Consistently complies with the regulatory and compliance rules connected to the job as detailed and concludes the mandatory compliance training requirements. Responsible for maintaining compliance with the applicable federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent, including completing a GED, HiSET, or TASC program, is a necessity
• Five years or more of branch sales experience is a prerequisite
• (2) Essential to have held a leadership position for over two years
• The National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration requirement is stipulated by the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and its governing Regulation
• The desired qualification is the attainment of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic qualification
