Job Description:

Client Relationship Managers are responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with commercial clients to support sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.

The primary focus of the role is to drive portfolio expansion by identifying new business opportunities and deepening existing client relationships within the middle-market segment. This includes delivering customized financial solutions across lending, deposits, and related banking services while operating within defined risk and compliance parameters.

The position requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills to recognize growth opportunities, provide strategic financial guidance, and act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. You will ensure client needs are met effectively while maintaining a balanced and profitable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for lending, deposit growth, and cross-selling banking products.
• Structure, negotiate, and close credit and financial transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and assess client creditworthiness.
• Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Build and leverage referral networks with industry professionals and partners.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
• Manage portfolio performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in specific industries or market segments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred/required).
• 6+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or related financial services.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing complex client relationships or portfolios.

• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Advanced knowledge of credit analysis and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
