Job Description:

As an Investment Solutions Advisor, you will proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. You will build, expand, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients while delivering an exceptional client experience. Advisors will offer expert financial guidance through banking products and investment services to help clients achieve both short-term and long-term financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Educate clients on the full range of the bank's investment and banking resources, including in-branch services, digital solutions, and affiliated business partners.
• Achieve individual objectives through a mix of face-to-face client interactions, outbound calls, business visits, networking events, and periodic 'At Work' initiatives.
• Manage account-related functions, including opening and closing accounts, assisting clients in account selection, analyzing account information, and ensuring BSA and CIP compliance.
• Support investment-related activities, including identifying client opportunities, staying informed of investment products, and assisting in account management.
• Identify client needs and connect them to appropriate specialists, such as small business advisors, corporate partners, institutional teams, and mortgage or financial advisory experts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering professional, attentive, and personalized service.
• Ensure all departmental documentation and operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completion of required compliance training.
• Respond to client inquiries and transactions in a professional and accurate manner, engaging in meaningful conversations to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in motivating and communicating effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Team-oriented approach to support clients in a dynamic, fast-paced banking and investment environment.
• Ability to lead and guide branch staff according to established protocols in the absence of senior management.

Education and/or Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.
• At least 12 months of customer-facing, goal-driven experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) may be required depending on the role.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to strategically leverage social media to enhance brand presence and gain market insights.

Other Qualifications:

• Occasional travel for meetings, training, and support during bank conversions or acquisitions, with minimal overnight or out-of-town requirements.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to other banking or financial institutions in the market.
