By handling customer transactional needs and service inquiries, the Branch Service Associate contributes to fostering customer relationships and promoting the bank's offerings and resources. They are instrumental in educating customers about the bank's capabilities and tools, as well as assisting the branch team in driving sales performance by identifying and funneling sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Qualifications:

• Achieving a high school diploma or GED accreditation is essential for broader opportunities in further education and employment
• Background in cash handling and customer assistance for 6 months
• Previous exposure to sales or background in banking
• Ability in financial education; awareness of retail banking products and services

The effective contender will display:

• Competent and poised in initiating and maintaining discussions, showing ease in interpersonal exchanges
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries
• Client Management Expertise: Ability to support the team by conducting client service calls, recognizing client needs or opportunities by fulfilling those needs or referring the client to the appropriate branch team members or experts
• Adaptability refers to the skill of rapidly learning and adjusting to new information and technological changes
• Building strong working relationships within the team and forging cross-functional partnerships are key aspects of teamwork
• The trait of flexibility enables individuals to navigate through diverse demands and reorganize priorities for efficient task execution

• Communicating with clients to identify and cater to their unique banking needs and preferences
• Accuracy and efficiency in processing financial transactions
• Providing aid with maintaining and managing accounts

• Introducing customers to various branch representatives or collaborative partners who can assist with their financial concerns
