Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in banking, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience supervising and managing retail banking operations.
• Active participation in various community organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, banking software, and office equipment.
• Demonstrated ability in training and mentoring staff.
• Proven sales capability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services; experience in originating consumer and small business loans preferred.
• Complies with all Federal, State, and local consumer protection laws governing loan origination, including the SAFE Act.

Store Management:

• Managing high-value relationships accounts for approximately 20% of their time allocation.
• Executes sales and promotional initiatives with originality and vigor to achieve objectives and exceed quality benchmarks.
• Supports the comprehensive delivery of financial solutions and services, ranging from personalized borrowing facilities to asset oversight, by guiding clients towards the suitable departments.
• Leads the store’s growth activities, including targeting consumer markets, engaging small business clients, or pursuing growth strategies encompassing both sectors as per market conditions, while meeting daily and weekly growth objectives.

Team Leadership:

• Takes responsibility for recruitment, deployment, performance appraisal, development, promotion, and termination of store staff.
• Coaches and mentors employees to acquire the necessary skills for their roles, emphasizing expertise in consumer and small business lending.
