Key Responsibilities:
Utilize personalized inquiries to transform transactions, account management activities, and other service inquiries into cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client connections.
Actively pursue sales prospects by contacting leads, visiting companies to showcase workplace banking benefits, and fostering connections for client referrals.
Balance competing priorities while reaching daily key performance goals.
Consistently apply learning processes, including transaction handling, cash drawer management, and completion of bank documentation while maintaining compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Thrive in a fast-paced, sales-centric team and leverage coaching and feedback to improve sales outcomes.
Use your expertise in products and communication to enhance clients' financial well-being.
Strong skills in presenting ideas, projecting a positive impression, and resolving issues to generate constructive outcomes.
Attention to detail in completing documents and explaining features and benefits.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
One year of retail experience with customer engagement, product recommendations, and contributing to sales.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
NMLS registration achievable within 90 days if requirements are met.
