Universal Bankers are responsible for delivering both customer service and sales support while handling a wide range of banking activities including transactions, account services, and financial solutions for clients.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week and is based in Clinton, MD. The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting customers with a wide range of banking needs while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with transactions, account openings, and service requests
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Deliver both teller and sales functions in a branch environment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service
• Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client interactions
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations

Additional Responsibilities:

• May serve as a Notary Public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and use digital banking tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
