Job Description for Senior Relationship Banker:
This position involves being the initial contact for clients at financial centers, assisting in identifying the personal banking requirements of both individual and small business clients, suggesting suitable options, and linking clients with experts. Core duties comprise strengthening client connections through platform services, aiding clients with self-service tasks or transactions, and ensuring outstanding client service. The role necessitates actively engaging with clients via outgoing phone calls and maintaining regular follow-up procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with teams to assist financial center customers in finding consumer and small business solutions, services, and tactics for addressing their personal banking requirements and guiding them through their individual life goals
Aiding, instructing, and coaching customers in utilizing self-service technologies for basic transactions
Utilizes existing resources, technologies, and methods to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve operational efficiency and precision
Abide by predefined procedures, regulations, and standards while carrying out routine tasks like initiating accounts, managing account details, and utilizing Digital Assisted Shopping
Handles customer engagements by selecting the optimal approach for both the financial institution and its clients, while adhering to all necessary regulations
Required Qualifications:
Has at least twelve months of proven sales experience within a client-focused environment. Alternatively, has worked as a Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for at least half a year.
Demonstrates keen enthusiasm, remarkable drive, and a proactive approach with a dedication to achieving outcomes while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Works efficiently with others to achieve goals while fostering and maintaining solid connections.
Demonstrates a strong dedication and enthusiasm to enhance the financial well-being of our clients through exceptional service delivery.
Is self-assured in recognizing answers to assist new and current customers according to their requirements.
Demonstrates proficiency in both written and oral communication abilities.

Whether as a commissioned notary or able to secure a notary commission shortly after beginning the role in the specific state where you are employed, is a requirement for the position, with the timeline subject to variation based on state regulations.
Willingness to be adaptable for weekend shifts and/or additional hours when required.
