Job Description:Mortgage Lending Manager

Aids the Mortgage Lending Manager in leading and overseeing Mortgage Loan Originators to accomplish production goals, operational excellence, and regional profitability, while also managing a personal portfolio of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, screens, and trains high-performing talent with a strong emphasis on employee retention and performance management. Actively participates in local and state mortgage, real estate, and construction trade organizations to maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and current issues. Communicates business targets, objectives, and company performance results to the team, fostering a high-performing sales environment through coaching, training, and development of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• More than two years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum of two years of team management or supervisory experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate professional partnerships.
