Position Overview:

As an Asset Manager at PNC, you will help maintain smooth branch operations while assisting customers with banking transactions and financial service needs. This role is centered on delivering high-quality customer support, building strong client relationships, and recognizing opportunities to introduce suitable banking products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and service-focused banking experience that supports customer financial goals and long-term trust.
• Handle customer transactions and service requests with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Guide customers in selecting the most appropriate banking options for their financial activities.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with specialized branch representatives when additional assistance is required.
• Increase customer engagement through branch interactions, lobby participation, and meaningful communication.
• Present banking products and financial solutions that align with individual customer preferences.
• Recognize opportunities to strengthen customer relationships by referring clients to the appropriate banking teams.
• Support customers in navigating digital banking platforms, self-service features, and technology-based financial tools.
• Address customer concerns by applying knowledge of banking products, procedures, and operational practices.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy in daily teller and branch activities according to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous banking experience is not required for this role.

• Licenses or certifications are not required.
