Private Wealth Analyst help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures and firm capabilities in order to deliver the full firm to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Support:

• Foster and improve relationships with clients by engaging in regular communication, addressing client needs, resolving issues, offering advice, and ensuring that essential information and paperwork are up to date
• Recognize and aid in selecting Firm services and solutions that are aligned with clients' needs, encompassing banking offerings and secure, digital tools such as Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
• Authenticate approval and confirm the identity of the customer when handling their requests
• Arrange and ensure the upkeep of client accounts, involving the collection of client data and mandatory documentation, processing monetary transactions for instance
• Evaluate and execute actions based on client account alerts

Other:

• Collaborate with financial planners to create a strategic business blueprint and execute a client care strategy
• Contribute to the team's marketing strategy by upkeeping marketing resources, such as online and social media platforms, and coordinating events and workshops for clients
• Take an active role in participating in available training and educational programs that support the firm's strategic goals, professional development, and keeping abreast of policies, procedures, and emerging platforms, as well as regularly attending specified monthly training calls for field service professionals
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors by handling tasks such as telephone coverage, arranging business travel, scheduling client meetings, preparing expense reports for travel, and maintaining filing systems along with calendars
• Participate eagerly in initiatives guided by local managers
• Consistently seek chances to use firm resources for sharing information and collaborating with Financial Advisors

Learning, hands-on involvement, awareness, and abilities play a significant role in one's capabilities:

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred
• Experience in the relevant field is a positive attribute
• Enthusiasm to procure Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) as well as Series 65 (RA) qualifications

Knowledge/Skills:

• Possessing strong abilities in computer literacy and familiarity with various Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional proficiency in writing, interpersonal interactions, and customer support skills
• Known for meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational prowess, and the capability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Proficient in team participation and fostering a collaborative working atmosphere
• Expertise in managing responsibilities in a fast-paced and ever-changing workplace
• Target-focused, self-driven, and results-oriented
