What You'll Do:
Converse with important customers in a consultative manner to build trust and enhance relationships, making sure they have confidence in your ability to cater to their financial requirements.
Efficiently balance independent work and teamwork to drive customer engagement and sales results, as well as to fulfill customers' financial needs.
Diligently process routine customer transactions in accordance with established regulations and permissions, encompassing responsibilities like cashing checks, accepting deposits, and facilitating withdrawals for individual and corporate customers.
Attend to routine and advanced questions regarding customer accounts, products, services, policies, and procedures; investigate and resolve customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
Introduce novel ways to engage with customers through consistent digital outreach and deliver a seamless customer experience that is unified across all platforms, regardless of their nature.
Cultivate a buzz around key events by mentoring, coaching, and setting a positive example for branch staff.
Employ a consultative sales technique to actively promote and cross-sell bank deposit and loan solutions to both existing customers and prospects.

Use understanding of legal constraints to accept loan applications, including those for Home Equity.
Create and sustain functional working partnerships, with both customers and peers.
Employ Salesforce for engaging in customer interactions, meaningful conversations, and subsequent communications.
Support the Branch Manager in building and preserving a culture that promotes excellent lobby management and enthusiastic customer outreach endeavors, with the intention of enhancing the customer experience in all interactions related to the branch.
Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and security policies while managing customer relationships and minimizing risks for the Bank.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or a successful track record of 2-4 years in sales and service roles within retail, hospitality, or financial services is mandatory.
Attaining NMLS certification and becoming a Notary Public are essential.
Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Has a strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the skill to operate various equipment and mobile devices proficiently.
Adept at organization, showing a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Having a robust emphasis on sales coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks proficiently and tailor approaches to meet the demands of various situations.
Capacity to work intuitively and find innovative solutions when problems occur is a valuable trait.
Competent in performing within regular office expectations, encompassing prolonged standing periods within branch locations, both indoors and outdoors, and maintaining consistent customer contact.
Able to lift and transport loads up to 50 pounds in weight.
Having the readiness and capacity to engage in a flexible workweek, such as weekends, to meet the needs of customers.
