What You’ll Do:

In the position of a Universal Banking Associate, your core objective is to create enduring connections with clientele through the application of your financial acumen in proposing effective resolutions aligning with their specific needs. This dual function significantly aids in driving the branch's prosperity by:

• Developing long-term relationships with customers by grasping their financial needs and proposing relevant products and services
• Working together with interdepartmental colleagues, such as Mortgage and Wealth Management, to provide customers with tailored expertise
• Handling a teller station to cater to the needs of customers in person and in their vehicles at the drive-thru
• Tasks involve initiating fresh accounts, managing existing accounts, and supporting individuals with electronic banking tools
• Detecting potential fraud as well as operational and financial risks
• Providing support with bank opening and closing routines based on designated shifts
• Assisting in promoting outreach initiatives and events sponsored by banks

Requirements for Universal Banking Associate Position:

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in roles such as customer service, financial services, or sales
• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification like a GED is mandatory
• Intermediate computer skills
• Capacity to carry loads weighing as much as 50 pounds
