Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain personal and business financial accounts
Guide customers on banking services including loans, credit cards, and savings plans
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
