Position Overview for Business Banking Officer:

As a PNC Business Banking Officer, you will assist clients with their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a unique customer experience that is dedicated to enhancing financial wellness and fostering customer loyalty.
• Manages various customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Advises customers on the various options they have when conducting financial transactions.
• Discovers opportunities in customer engagements and directs them to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Fosters customer relationships through lobby activities and meaningful exchanges.
• Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Supports customers in learning about digital banking tools, technological choices, and self-help resources for managing financial transactions efficiently.
• Successfully resolves customer concerns through expert application of product and procedural knowledge.
• Confirms that teller and branch operations are performed accurately, adhering closely to the policies and procedures set forth by PNC.

Qualifications:
