Personal Bankers are responsible for building strong client relationships by delivering personalized financial guidance and solutions that support customers in achieving their short-term and long-term financial goals.

This is a full-time position based in Clinton, MD, requiring 40 hours per week. The Personal Banker focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting sales and financial needs, and developing long-term relationships while recommending appropriate banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through branch visits, phone interactions, and scheduled appointments
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Open accounts, process transactions, and assist with lending and service requests
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and risk management standards
• Support branch operations and contribute toward achieving sales targets

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be eligible to serve as a Notary Public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively and use digital tools

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
