Job Description:

In the position of Strategic Business Advisor, your primary responsibility is to deliver personalized financial guidance and advice to corporate clients across a variety of banking and lending services. Your focus will be on helping businesses succeed by utilizing a broad spectrum of financial solutions that are aligned with their growth objectives and stage-of-life aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Offers financial advice and support that matches the client's financial aims and necessities
• Cultivates and enriches relationships with new and current clients by harnessing the complete capabilities of the bank
• Assesses client financial requirements and leverages knowledge of borrowing and banking to propose alternative or additional financial services that are best suited to the client's unique preferences
• Connects with clients through proactive outreach campaigns and effectively manages the pipeline flow, maintaining regular follow-up processes to meet client expectations
• Decisions are made concerning client requests, and referrals are facilitated to the appropriate internal partners based on the client's requirements
• Collaborates with financial center executives, performance managers, and market leaders to offer expert guidance and coaching
• Meetings involving financial center associates focus on enhancing teamwork to create exceptional client interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a successful background and expertise in business-to-business sales or small business banking.
• Displays adept communication skills to effectively impact clients.
• Displays competence in customer service capabilities, able to oversee the end-to-end client journey and resolve issues competently.
• History of success in driving sales.
• Demonstrates the capability to build fruitful working relationships and partnerships.
• Familiar with outbound phone sales strategies.

• Practical experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial capabilities.
• In-depth involvement with in-person customer service and sales transactions.
• Working directly with small business proprietors.
