Position Overview:

In your capacity as a Banking Associate at PNC, your tasks comprise delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their financial transactions, and contributing to the operational flow of the branch. Your main goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and identify opportunities to introduce customers to the products and services provided by PNC.

Qualifications:

• Typically, positions at this level do not mandate a university or college education.
• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred level of education.
• Comparable blends of education, job-specific credentials, or related experience (such as military engagement) may be acknowledged.
• No degree required.
• No requirement for certifications or licenses.

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Handles a variety of customer dealings with efficiency and precision.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Discerns possibilities within customer engagements and refers them to the relevant branch team.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Adapts PNC solutions to meet customer requirements effectively.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Guides customers in understanding digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-service facilities for the smooth management of financial transactions.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Ensures that teller and branch tasks are carried out correctly, while adhering to the policies and procedures outlined by PNC.
