Dedicated and customer-centric individuals are sought to be a part of our Retail Banking Center team in the role of Financial Services Representative. This position provides the opportunity to develop banking skills, establish important client relationships, and contribute to the achievements of the banking center.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer superior customer service by helping clients with account necessities, inquiries, and financial service requests.
• Advocate for the adoption of banking solutions that are aligned with the client's goals and financial ambitions.
• Contribute to sales promotions by identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and match customers with more banking products.
• Process debit and credit transactions correctly while following prescribed banking protocols.
• Manage customer concerns effectively and propose improvements that amplify the overall satisfaction customers derive from their interactions.
• Handle the cash management responsibilities within a bank branch, such as reconciling the vault contents, placing cash orders, overseeing currency shipments, and distributing cash to approved team members.
• Uphold accurate cash handling documentation, which includes maintaining Currency Transaction Report (CTR) records and compliance requirements.
• Assist with the initiation of new accounts and the fulfillment of mandatory documentation when required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates must hold a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
• Experience of 2-3 years in cash handling is preferred for this position.
• Proficient in the areas of customer service and clear communication.
• Remarkable focus on details with strong balancing abilities.
• Known for possessing strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Skillful in securely picking up and transferring containers packed with coins and paper money.
• Skillful in working effectively in a team-based banking setup.
