Responsibilities for Wealth Strategist:

• Provide clients with investment and insurance consultations by developing customized financial strategies.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with investment and insurance clients.
• Enhance the customer experience by effectively managing sales and service activities, identifying growth opportunities, and connecting clients with appropriate internal partners.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through networking and business development efforts.
• Improve client retention and increase wallet share by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Use product expertise and procedural knowledge to resolve client concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Create and implement investment and insurance plans while recommending suitable financial products aligned with client objectives.

• Review financial plans regularly and recommend modifications when appropriate.
• Educate branch employees and internal partners on recognizing investment opportunities.
• Promote investment awareness and financial education among branch team members.
• Work closely with branch managers and investment sales associates to support branch investment goals and initiatives.
• Maintain productive communication with internal and external business partners to encourage referral opportunities.
• Evaluate business performance and sales pipeline progress regularly with branch leadership and partners.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication regarding leads and referrals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is generally preferred.
• More than two years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
• An equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and related experience, including military service, may also be considered.
• Strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, public presentations, and sales execution.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and customer experience management skills.
