Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support customers with their daily banking activities, including depositing, withdrawing, and transferring funds
Initiating and overseeing personal and business banking arrangements
Provide information on banking offerings including loans, credit card opportunities, and savings options
Acknowledge the needs of clients and propose suitable financial alternatives
Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
Stay in line with internal policies and adhere to regulations mandated by the government
Provide efficient and courteous solutions to customer problems
Contribute to the realization of branch sales and service goals through assistance and collaboration
