Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Banker at PNC, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with their financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. This position focuses on creating positive banking experiences while identifying opportunities to recommend PNC products and services that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized customer experience focused on improving financial well-being and building long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Educate customers on available banking solutions and options for managing their financial activities.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and connect them with the appropriate branch specialists when necessary.
• Participate in branch lobby activities and engage customers through meaningful conversations.
• Recommend PNC products and services tailored to individual customer needs and financial goals.
• Recognize sales and relationship-building opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate team members.
• Guide customers in using digital banking platforms, self-service tools, and technology solutions to simplify account management.
• Use product knowledge and operational procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure all teller functions and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No certifications or licenses are mandatory.
