As a Loan Development Specialist at PNC, you will provide clients with the necessary assistance to navigate the mortgage process successfully and achieve their homeownership objectives. Responsibilities:

• Presents mortgage loan recommendations that consider both regulatory requirements and the unique specifications of the borrower.
• Directs a portfolio of customer connections, focusing on retaining current clients and fostering new client development through proactive sales endeavors.
• Customizes and drafts loan options while evaluating paperwork for adherence to regulations.
• Successfully regulates the customer pipeline to meet production and service benchmarks.
• Coordinates with a range of partners, both internal and external, to bring mortgage transactions to a successful conclusion.
• Collects and examines customer financial records for borrowers with intricate or multifaceted financial circumstances.
• Offers specialized guidance on mortgage products and banking services to match the needs of customers.
• Illustrates a thorough comprehension of PNC's products, online tools, and loan standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Confirmed effectiveness in mortgage sales or comparable positions within the financial services sector.
• In-depth familiarity with mortgage options, banking solutions, and loan origination procedures.
• Skilled at finding potential clients, managing relationships, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Typically mandates a completion of a college or university degree (or an equivalent composition of academic training and practical understanding).
• No designated accreditations are needed.
