Education and Experience:

Required:

• Acquiring an associate degree or a similar fusion of academic instruction and real-world experience.
• Two years of verified experience in spearheading sales programs or supervising personnel.
• Hands-on familiarity with working in a sales-driven environment for a period exceeding two years.
• A background of at least five years in either banking or financial services is a must for candidates.

Preferred:

• Obtaining a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a closely associated field is essential.
• A history of proven leadership effectiveness within a financial hub or branch of a retail bank.
