Store Management:

• About 20% of time concentrated on managing high-value relationships.
• Implements creative and energetic sales and promotional tactics to accomplish objectives and exceed quality expectations.
• Supports seamless facilitation of financial offerings and services, including personalized borrowing solutions, monetary transactions, and asset management, by directing customers to the appropriate divisions.
• Oversees store growth strategies, which may involve catering to consumer demands, engaging with small business clients, or a combination of both in line with market opportunities, and meeting daily and weekly growth targets.

Team Leadership:

• Supervises hiring, deployment, appraisal, training, advancement, and dismissal of retail employees.
• Coaches and mentors staff to develop the skills necessary for their roles, with emphasis on consumer and small business lending expertise.
• May coach, mentor, or train others and deliver instruction as a subject matter expert.

Operational and Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensures operational processes meet compliance and quality standards effectively.
• Adheres to all applicable banking regulations and stays informed about regulatory changes.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in banking, finance, business, or a related area.
• 4–7 years of supervisory and managerial experience in retail banking.
• Active engagement in multiple community organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, various banking software platforms, and office equipment.
• Competency in training and mentoring staff is essential.
• Proven expertise in sales strategies and interpersonal communication.
• Thorough understanding of retail services and products; experience in originating consumer and small business loans preferred.
• Complies with Federal, State, and local consumer protection laws governing loan origination, including the SAFE Act.
