Job Summary:

Mortgage Loan Officers act as key financial professionals who guide clients through the home financing process by evaluating their financial profile, explaining loan options, and helping them select suitable mortgage solutions.

This is a full-time, commission-based hybrid role located at the North Broad Street office in Philadelphia, PA. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for originating mortgage business, developing and maintaining referral partnerships, and supporting clients throughout the end-to-end loan process as they work toward achieving homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, builders, and developers to generate new business opportunities
• Meet with clients to understand their financial situation and recommend appropriate mortgage products
• Analyze financial information including income, credit history, and assets to determine loan eligibility
• Present and explain loan options, terms, and conditions while guiding clients through the application process
• Promote additional banking and financial products through cross-selling opportunities
• Manage the loan pipeline, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the loan origination and approval process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of residential mortgage lending experience or completion of a related training program
• Proven ability to build and sustain referral networks and external partnerships

Compliance & Additional Duties:

• Must comply with all company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements; additional duties may be assigned as needed

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
