Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Proactively review customers' financial situations to offer, present, and sell additional products and services that meet their evolving needs.
• Leverage the bank's advanced technology solutions to address the increasing demands and expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for the team/branch, covering a wide range of products, including Commercial and Industrial Loans (CI), Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financing, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, mortgages, treasury management services, deposits, wealth management products, international banking, wire transfers, and other commercial and consumer financial services.
• Originate and structure various loan products, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), residential mortgages, and business loans.
• Maintain compliance with annual renewals and regulatory mandates for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO). Gain an in-depth understanding of interest rates, financing options, and loan calculations to better serve potential mortgage clients.
• Stay knowledgeable about the full spectrum of loan products offered by the bank and the eligibility requirements for each.
• Assist clients with a variety of financial services, such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan or credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchanges.
• Display a high level of self-motivation, consistently working toward achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Utilize advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments within the organization to ensure the right products are presented to clients.
• Engage confidently and clearly when communicating with clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members, helping them achieve sales and service goals for the branch.
• Effectively use digital tools and solutions to enhance clients' digital banking experiences, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to educating and guiding clients through technological tools, fostering strong connections and trust.
• Complete other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• More than two years of experience in customer service, teller operations, sales, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) within the banking or financial services industry.
• Possession of Series 6 and 63 licenses, which enable the sale of investment products and life insurance policies.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
• Proven expertise in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on identifying prospects and building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in navigating branch technology, as well as mobile and online banking platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and procedures, demonstrating agility in a changing environment.
• Strong adherence to established operational policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficiency in daily operations.
