Critical Functions:

• Be ready to work with a flexible timetable that may change regularly, even day-to-day, to accommodate the Bank's requirements
• Travel to Bank branches in a designated area, possibly during a work shift with short notice
• Access to dependable transportation is necessary for efficiently working in various places
• Consistent attendance is essential
• Attain financial well-being by accomplishing objectives related to recognizing possible referral avenues
• Support clients and guests by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling various requirements. Take the initiative to interact with clients to comprehend their needs and educate them on the advantages of products or services. Direct clients to the relevant staff member for intricate inquiries or offerings.
• Interact proactively with customers and offer greetings while demonstrating accountability in addressing and solving any customer problems or queries
• Perform daily reconciliation of the teller drawer and engage in the joint verification process for balancing the vault, ATM, and other equipment, when required
• Granted permission to access an increased drawer limit and authorized to sign checks and supervise transactions within the teller system, when necessary

It is important to have a broad understanding of office systems and software, as well as the ability to carry out maintenance tasks and possess a deep knowledge of bank products, services, and digital features. Education:
