Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Client Relationship Manager. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to our Premier clients, offering them personalized financial advice. You will work in collaboration with our internal teams to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support throughout their financial journey. This includes reaching out to clients proactively, addressing their banking queries in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Devise and carry out strategies to attract and retain clients through proactive measures, fostering revenue generation and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Engage with the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager in creating and implementing marketing plans that prioritize the needs of clients and increasing new business through tactics like prospecting, making external calls, networking, and gaining referrals.
  • Exhibit genuine fascination in clients, assisting them in accomplishing their financial objectives. Employ client insights and sales techniques to translate into actionable sales approaches, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Utilize the expertise of technical specialists to understand and meet a range of client needs comprehensively.
  • Pitch our products and services to potential customers, identifying their needs and offering suggestions for referrals to other departments if applicable.
  • Contribute to the progress of branch improvement initiatives by gathering client evaluations on our service delivery and ensuring adherence to audit requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Sustain the operational integrity levels mandated by EWB and align with the Business Principles and Values promoted by the organization.
  • Expected to execute any other tasks given.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required.
  • Required qualifications involve holding FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses; obtaining the Series 7 certification within six months upon entering the position is necessary.
  • Over five years of verifiable and evolving experience in financial services and retail sales, or equivalent backgrounds, with a history of outstanding sales outcomes and proficiency in banking products for referral purposes.
  • Background in relationship management with high-net-worth individuals or equivalent experience.
  • Solid sales capabilities, communication prowess, cross-selling expertise, strategic sales planning, mathematical acuity, logical decision-making, and analytical skills are key attributes.
  • Capable of effectively managing relationships, delivering quality client service, mastering time management, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Profound knowledge of a diverse array of financial offerings and solutions.
  • Knowledge of the business banking clientele and the appropriate products and services that can be integrated to complement Premier offerings.
  • Embracing ownership, responsibility, and accountability with determination.
  • Well-versed in financial structuring, wealth oversight, and client requirements analysis.
