Job Summary:

The primary focus of the Assistant Operations Leader is to increase branch revenue, uphold operational standards, and provide outstanding customer service, all while emphasizing the importance of maintaining a positive reputation in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Elevate business performance through the enhancement of primary client relationships and the achievement of financial growth targets. Actively seek and facilitate appropriate client introductions to designated team members to meet growth objectives and drive successful sales initiatives.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching Support: Providing aid in coaching, development, and mentorship for team members. Actively endorsing partner-led sales and marketing campaigns. Reinforcing the significance of training, development, and coaching for branch teams on our mission and effectively engaging with communities and customers to meet performance objectives. Responsible for assisting the Branch Banking Leader with talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance reviews, staff development/training, disciplinary procedures, succession planning, and ensuring staff compliance with regulations.
• Make use of available tools and systems to drive client interaction and learning experiences. Establish a culture that places a strong emphasis on delivering an outstanding client experience while remaining dedicated to fulfilling our mission and objectives.
• Risk Management: Decrease the impact of reputational, regulatory, employee, and customer risks by enhancing team members' awareness and adherence to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Fulfill operational excellence standards.
• Supervising talent management tasks like staffing, appraising performance, nurturing employee advancement, addressing misconduct, strategizing for future leadership needs, and upholding compliance regulations.

Additional Accountabilities:

• Completes designated projects and additional responsibilities as mandated.
• Consistently complies with regulatory and compliance policies and standards that are associated with the position as outlined and completes mandatory compliance training sessions. Accountable for maintaining compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Successful candidates must have achieved the educational benchmark of high school graduation or obtained an alternative certification like a GED, HiSET, TASC, or an equivalent foreign qualification.
• The minimum requirement is a background of two or more years in branch sales.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and accompanying Regulation may involve the compulsory registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Hands-on experience with a variety of financial solutions provided by banks.

• Lessons learned from practicing risk management within banking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree (or its equivalent) or relevant practical experience is the preferred educational qualification.
• Demonstrating a track record of over four years in branch banking and financial institution sales.
• Having first-hand knowledge in a role of leadership.
