Float and Finance Analyst

Job Description:

A Float and Finance Analyst is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds
Setting up and managing personal and professional financial accounts
Assist with navigating through banking services like loans, credit cards, and savings plans
Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
Develop and manage robust customer relations to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
Tackle customer issues swiftly and with professionalism
Help the branch achieve its sales and service targets successfully
Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
