Position Summary: The Treasury Management (TM) Solutions Advisor role focuses on analyzing client needs, supporting sales initiatives, and managing relationships to promote treasury management services.

Under management guidance, the TM Solutions Advisor contributes to TM revenue growth by assisting TMOs. Responsibilities include developing, evaluating, and presenting proposals, RFPs, and sales demonstrations. The role also involves preliminary call preparation, readiness, and participation in sales meetings alongside TMOs and Commercial Bankers. Strong internal customer service is emphasized, promoting the sales culture and objectives across member banks, managing reports and metrics, and overseeing all other sales support responsibilities in designated business divisions.

Strategizing Your Time Management Approach:

• Produce forecasts, recommendations, and evaluations for Treasury prospects
• Plan ahead for client and prospect meetings by ensuring all necessary materials are ready
• Coordinate proposal submissions by collaborating with business units to gather required information
• Participate in sales discussions with Commercial Bankers and TMOs to understand client portfolios and assist in complex client interactions and onboarding
• Conduct introductory discussions about Treasury and Payment Solutions applications
• Manage onboarding of new accounts and TM services for new and existing clients
• Coordinate updates for exception pricing
• Assess accounts post-transaction to ensure correct billing for new clients and services
• Produce detailed Relationship Evaluations including account setup, field updates, and product/service recommendations
• Support fraud mitigation and implement positive pay services for clients who have experienced fraud
• Assist TMOs and clients as needed; recommend or promote TM products to enhance client product penetration through account and TM relationship evaluations, financial projections, and pitches
• Enhance client service connections and interdepartmental collaboration; prepare resources for internal meetings such as pre-call planning or procedural updates
• Review Salesforce dashboards weekly and resolve inconsistencies between sales opportunities and implementation
• Participate in routine pipeline meetings with TMOs to prepare for the next stage of sales support for identified prospects

We Are Eager to Engage With You If You Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or commercial banking (preferred)
• Familiarity with cash management solutions, commercial payment cards, and core principles and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service capabilities; effective communication and a client-focused approach are essential
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for timely completion, adapt to changes, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
