As a Commercial Banking Associate employed by PNC, your duties involve offering top-notch customer service, guiding customers in their financial transactions, and facilitating the functioning of branch operations. Responsibilities:

• Identifies sales prospects and refers clients to the suitable team members to enhance relationships.
• Assists clients in familiarizing themselves with digital banking tools, technology alternatives, and self-service options for better financial transaction management.
• Demonstrates adept handling of customer issues through application of product and procedural knowledge.
• Maintains the accuracy of teller and branch operations by following PNC's policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:
